  • YaCu is a multifunctional platform that allows to solve the external and internal logistics issues in a very efficient way.
  • The platform works via combination of a personal account and a mobile application for drivers or GPS / GLONASS tracker installed in a vehicle. This way the system manages to allocate orders and develop the optimal route by solving the classical transport issue. Moreover, the application allows us to see the driver’s assigning requests, comprehensive transport monitoring system, the customs clearness module to cross the state borders.

In this system you can:

  • Create single shipment requests and appoint staff drivers who are able to receive full information about the route and contact details in the mobile app “YaCu” on their gadgets (Android, IOS)
  • Create route requests: the system will automatically allocate them between staff drivers, taking into account weight, load capacity and timeframe for delivery of the item to the client;
  • Monitor the drive of a vehicle on maps via GPS / GLONASS tracker or the app “YaCu-contractor” installed by a driver;
  • Get all the services required for passing the customs procedures in case of international shipment.

YaCu is an automated service which allows to quickly find a contractor for a city shipping. Shipment can be posted via YaCu app or via user’s personal account on the website. Our platform allows to work not only with staff contractors (who you previously would have registered in the system) but also with the independent contactors who are found by the system within a distance of 100 km from cargo loading.

Single shipment requests

When creating a shipment request you can determine the way the contractor is going to be assigned:

  • the request can be performed by the driver which you assigned as a staff driver of your company;
  • a driver can be manually selected;
  • the request can be automatically assigned to a driver who is the closest to the loading point at the indicated time;
  • the request can be send to the auction within your staff drivers;
  • the request can be send to auction within all the contractors registered in the respective city

It is being installed into every vehicle so it is possible to get information about the location and all of the data on a vehicle in your user’s profile.

Customs procedures

Jointly with our partner EUROTRANSIT, we have implemented a module for international shipment. We have involved our partners who carry out clearance of all customs procedures:

  • Electronic transit declaration ETD / EPI and T1 / T2;
  • Prior notification;
  • Certification;
  • Cargo insurance;
  • Reservation time crossing state borders.

All that a client need to is to choose a service, a border crossing post and upload the proper documents (CMR, invoice and TTH) into the system. All necessary information will be transmitted to the driver via SMS or e-mail.
